Simply delete any emails of this type and don't reply to them at all. As soon as you see the words "Cashier's Check" or "Money Order" in an email you should be on high alert that it's a possible scam as normal people don't run around volunteering to pay by Cashier's Check in the civilized world. Be leery and aware of any transactions you conduct on the internet particularly where you have no recourse such as international funds transfers. IMPORTANT: EVEN the BANK IT WAS DRAWN ON often can't tell it's not a REAL CHECK so don't trust ANY CASHIER CHECK even if it is drawn on YOUR BANK and your BANK says its ok. Of course this is a scam as the cashier check they provide is counterfeit but will take awhile to bounce by design. This is supposedly to pay their shipper for shipping the merchandise or some other flimsy excuse. However they then propose to send 3-4x the amount of money requested and ask for the excess to be wired out of your account to theirs.

And it turns out you can now buy electronic accessories on-line that will give these spinets foldback capabilities.
The M-100s usually go for a slight premium over the basic M and L spinets, but still much cheaper than the B-3s.

The best of the spinets would be the Hammond M-100 series (M-1xx, where xx typically designated the console's finish), as these had all the electronic capabilities, including percussion) of the B-3 except for foldback. But these older spinets can quite often be found at reasonable price. The basic "M" series (M, M2, M3) and the "L" series have the same tonewheel, nearly the same chord generation, but they don't have percussion and they don't have "Foldback", a Hammond specific technique for generating chord harmonics on higher frequency notes that created the unique Hammond sound. But there are spinets that will come quite close.
